Mining Explosion Proof Dry Type Transformer Substation

The series of mine explosion-proof transformer is a kind of non-enveloped dry type transformer of H Class insulating level, which adopts high-quality NOMEX insulating material and technology. The high and low-voltage coils are made of NOMEX insulating materials, through VPI (vacuum pressure impregnated) treatment with H Class solvent-free paint, solidified at high temperature. The high-tension winding adopts layer type structure, two layers of outermost wires are Vertically wound, in order to improve the mechanical intensity of the oval coil on the spoke. High-quality cold-rolled silicon sheet of high permeability has been adopted, the heart column is with oval cross section, stepping all-leaning joints, the upper and lower iron yokes are tightened with draw plates, and so the structure is advanced, compact and reliable. The explosion-proof shell employs the tube type structure of ripple, with good heat dissipation performance, high mechanical intensity, compact structure. This product boasts energy-conservation, strong overload capacity, low partial discharging, high reliability, long service life, damp-proof, anti mould and salt fog, fire-retardant, pollution-free, small dimension and weight. Water and dust are difficult to be accumulated on the shell top, therefore it is suitable for the mine working.

 

Service Conditions

A. Altitude shall not be over 1500m

B. Highest temperature no more than 40oC

C. Relative humidity shall not exceed 95% (+25oC)

D. No severe shaking and vibration, and the gradient to vertical should not exceed 15°

E. It can be used in the places where exists methane mixed gases or coal&dust that make cause explosions; but no gas or vapor that may erode or destroy metals

F. Environment without water dripping or environment with water-proof facilities

G. Voltage wave form is similar to sine wave and three-phase power voltage is near symmetry.
